Description
Get ready for amazing discoveries in this hands-on STEM class designed specifically for curious 3-5 year olds! Young scientists will conduct exciting experiments like creating colorful volcanoes, building bridges with marshmallows and toothpicks, exploring how things sink and float, and making rainbow milk with food coloring. Children will engineer tall towers with various materials, investigate how plants grow by planting their own seeds, create simple machines with pulleys and ramps, and discover the magic of magnetism through treasure hunts and sorting games. Through these engaging activities, your child will develop problem-solving skills, scientific thinking, and creativity while working independently and collaborating with friends. Each class combines learning with laughter as children ask questions, make predictions, and celebrate their discoveries in a supportive environment that nurtures their natural curiosity about how the world works!
Your child will:
Develop creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Learn diverse STEM concepts through hands-on, project-based learning
Work individually and in small groups to build teamwork
Explore a new STEM theme each week
Price
$225 per month; classes are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time throughout the year.
A Couple of Notes
This class runs August 24, 2026 - June 11, 2027 and is billed monthly. If you register before August 24, you will be billed for the first month to reserve your spot, then your billing will be paused until the end of September (you will not be billed over the summer).
This is a drop off class.
Children must be able to use the bathroom independently to attend class.
Please fill out this waiver form before attending a class. Please note if you have filled one out previously you do not need to do so again.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your class, please note the following:
You are required to fulfill your commitment for the current month.
Missed classes or partial attendance will not be reimbursed or prorated.
Please review the Art Barn 2026-2027 holiday calendar. You will receive a make-up class on the days the Art Barn is closed.
Once a cancellation is processed, waitlisted families will be informed and your spot may be taken. You may sign up again at any time but your spot is not guaranteed.
By enrolling in our classes, you agree to these cancellation terms.
We do not prorate or reimburse for missed classes.
